Advertisement Design

• Design for variety of format and medium (book, CD-ROM, or internet)

• Optional Mac or IBM format

• Prepare design roughs for approval by the client

• Execute final designs

• Prepare briefs for the printer or bureau

• Liaison with the printer or bureau to ensure that the designer’s brief is carried out

Translating into Chinese, Editing Chinese Version, and Type Setting

• Translate English into Chinese and vice versa

• Work as editor for Chinese editing and production

• Type setting in Chinese (both traditional and simplified characters)

• Copy editing and structural editing as required

• Prepare design briefs in consultation with designer and author

• Research technical details

• Proofreading

• Liaison with author and Chinese specialist translator
